'It’s uphill comparing to the other places in the center but so accessible for parking just Nextdoor though. And also Estacion de zabalburu is 5 minutes walk which is faster & easier to connect to the Intermodal bus station for the airport bus which you need not wait under the rain by the bus stop. And the fresh products buffet is AMAZING, not to mention all the smiley helping staff. No cattle in the room but coffee tea by the bar 24/24 next to the counter.'

'Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The double bed was big and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, close to shops, many bars and restaurants and the old city centre. We did not have breakfast here as there are many breakfast spots closeby. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.'

'Fijn hotel met ruime kamers en vriendelijk personeel. We hebben hier drie dagen geslapen en het verblijf was top. De jongen achter de balie was zeer vriendelijk en we hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het zwembad is wat simpel en mist wat parasols. Parkeren kan eenvoudig (betaald) onder het hotel. Je zit vlakbij een mooi park, het Guggenheim museum en je bent in 20 minuten in het oude stadje. Aanrader dus! '

'We are half way through a full week's stay in this hotel and we almost feel "blessed" to have found it at all. Been traveling the perimeter of Spain on a months long odyssey and by a wide margin this is the best hotel we have experienced thus far with only one more stay remaining. 'Wonderful hotel on the promenade. The staff is friendly and efficient. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were very good. The restaurant/bar is popular with locals and that’s always a good sign. '
