The Space

Flagstone Retreat is a bright chalet designed for families or small groups looking for time together in a wooded setting. Inside, the open living area brings everyone together, with large windows that look out to the surrounding trees and mountains. A wood stove anchors the room, creating an inviting spot to relax with a movie on the Smart TV or a board game at the dining table. WiFi supports streaming and video calls, whether you’re settling in for the evening or mixing a little work into your stay.



The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for home cooking, making it easy to prepare meals and linger over breakfast or dinner without rushing. Air conditioning and heating keep the cabin comfortable year-round.



Sleeping Arrangements

The cabin sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, each offering storage space for longer stays.



Bedroom 1 features a queen bed.

Bedroom 2 includes a double bed.

Bedroom 3 is set up with twin bunk beds.



A full bathroom with a bathtub serves the home, along with bathroom essentials provided for your stay.



Outdoor Living

Flagstone Retreat is pet-friendly and well-suited for families, with outdoor games, children’s dinnerware, and space to spread out. Service animals are always allowed. Cats are not permitted.

You’re just a short drive from Cacapon State Park and downtown Berkeley Springs, where hiking trails, a small lake, golf, horse stables, restaurants, shops, and the town’s well-known arts and spa scene await. The area offers plenty to explore, yet the cabin itself feels pleasantly tucked away.

Note

We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic).



Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up
