« I didn't like any thing about the place no elevator had to carry everything up stairs said free breakfast that was a joke I'm a lineman and when storms come in we turn the lights back on I checked out early trying to get my nights rolled for the following week but I couldn't understand what the lady was saying and she definitely didn't understand anything I was talking about I will never stay there again »

« The bathroom was not made for a wheel chair everything else was wonderful »

« The owners are great. They will go out of their way to make your visit there as nice as possible. I have stayed at the Trails Inn a number of times and will continue to stay there when I'm in that area. »

« Staff was welcoming, asked if we needed anything extra, I do wish there was 4 pillows instead of 3 but I did not ask for an extra since we were only there for 2 days. I think it was very well maintained. »

« The new owners were friendly and very helpful. They are making several upgrades like changing to a saltwater pool, adding a water softener, and curved shower curtains. They also had nice touches like a bonfire and roasting marshmallows each weekend night in the treed area next to the motel. The community room with a pool table, couches, tables, and board games was a nice place to relax. »

« room was very clean, staff is really friendly, had to wait to get in the pool, but other than that things were good. »
