De voorzieningen zijn vrij basaal waardoor de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding prima is. Kamer niet groot maar afdoende. Hetzelfde geldt voor de doucheruimte. Accommodatie is het meest geschikt voor wat jongere gasten. Er heerst een wat hippie-achtige sfeer. Geschikt voor surfers of jongeren die een wereldreis maken.
