LAYOUT: As soon as we enter the villa we find the hall that gives us access to a large and bright space formed by the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. This open-plan space allows us to see through the large windows a magnificent view of the sea that we will have throughout our stay. The open-plan kitchen has all the necessary elements and electrical appliances for preparing magnificent meals. On the other hand, the dining room is formed by a table and several chairs with direct access to the terrace. The living room consists of two sofas, one of them a chaise longue, a coffee table and a television, which will allow us to enjoy and disconnect during our holidays. From the hall there is access to 3 bedrooms: two of them with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. On the same floor there are two complete bathrooms with showers, one of them en suite. Access to the ground floor is via the external staircase on the left-hand side. As soon as we enter, we find the living room with a chaise longue sofa that can accommodate up to 7 guests, together with a small coffee table and a television. To our left is a small kitchenette with various essentials for making our own meals. There are two bedrooms on this floor: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, plus a full bathroom with shower located between the bedrooms.

EXTERIOR: On entering the property there is parking space for one vehicle on the right hand side. The swimming pool is located on the main terrace, surrounded by sun loungers and with a stunning sea view. In this same space we will also find an outdoor dining table where we can enjoy lunch and dinner during our holidays, as well as two chill out areas that will allow us to disconnect and relax while watching the sunset.

SITUATION: Villa AGUAMARINA is located in a quiet residential area. It offers rest and tranquillity, surrounded by nature and only a few minutes away from all the services such as restaurants, supermarkets and activities in the charming town of Moraira and Benitachell.
