Beautiful detached villa in Moraira with its very own private pool and stunning mountain views. Casa Blanca is situated in a select, tranquil residential area but less than a 5 minute drive from El Portet Bay and Moraira town. With three spacious bedrooms, a large terrance, bbq area and private pool. There are also board games available.

Casa Blanca is a fabulous, spacious, three-bedroom detached villa with its very own private pool making it the perfect place for a Spanish getaway with family and friends. Nestled amongst the hillside and overlooking the valley, guests are treated to panoramic views and spectacular sunsets day after day. The villa is clean, bright, tastefully decorated and fully equipped to cater for all your indoor and outdoor needs. There are 3 double bedrooms (one room with 2 single beds), with the master bedroom offering an ensuite and private terrace. There is Aircon / heating throughout the property as well as wifi and full Sky TV. Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay. The villa features a lovely large, open plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor along with 2 of the bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Just off the main living area is a covered outdoor terrace with seating and dining furniture that overlooks the garden & pool area as well as those amazing views. Upstairs consists of the master bedroom and private terrace. Outside, guests can enjoy the choice of terraces, bbq area, private pool and endless valley views. There is parking spaces for 2 cars.

Guests are able to make use of the entire property during their stay.

Casa Blanca is situated in the quiet, residential complex of Villotel, 5 minutes from Moraira town. Being situated in Villotel, guests can make use of communal facilities including pool & tennis courts (for a fee). There is plenty of supermarkets nearby, the nearest being around 500m from the villa. Moraira has three clean Blue Flag certified beaches, including the famous child-friendly El Portet beach and of course a pleasant promenade for walking. Small Spanish streets with lovely shops, there are also more than 100 restaurants and bars and parking is free. The villa is located 10 minutes from the Moraig beach, the beach is in the top 10 of the most beautiful beaches in Spain for many years!
As you enter Moraira town, there is a very large free parking area where you can leave your car and walk across to the town centre (2 mins!)
