Kathrin - beautiful little house in pretty grounds with lovely views in Benissa

Kathrin is a beautiful villa, all on one level, with a beautiful and well-kept Mediterranean garden and a large terrace around the pool. It is located in a quiet area in the San Jaime urbanization, on the Benissa coast, just 1000 m from the Ifach golf course with 9 holes, 2.5 km from a supermarket and only 4 km from the beach and the center of Moraira, a very popular tourist place. where many activities are offered for visitors, such as diving, jet skis, beach bars and nice shops, bars and restaurants.

Villa Kathrin is well-appointed, spacious and comfortable, with a private pool with sun beds, and a BBQ area adjoining a shaded spot with a stone table and chairs for al fresco dining.
