« On s'est retrouvé dans une chambre au premier étage, semi-enterrée. La chambre était peu lumineuse, elle sentait mauvais, et l'environnement extérieur était très bruyant. Le frigo était très bruyant car réglé à fond, le bouton pour diminuer la température était manquant donc impossible de le baisser. Rien n'était prévu dans la chambre ou la salle de bain pour accrocher les serviettes. »

Our only concern was that we packed our belongings and went out to breakfast on our last day, came back less than an hour later, 930 or so and our bed was stripped and our room was being cleaned. « What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« Rooms were clean, the staff wonderful and accommendating. The breakfast was beyond excellent and fresh and choices were outstanding. The room decor was wonderful »

« The room was great, but the staff did not do enough to keep the every loud people in the lobby quite after quite hours started. The first night it was after midnight before they quited down. The second night it was 3 am and it woke us up. And that obly happened after we called down multiple times to ask to have them move or be quite. »
