• Bedroom 1 (Downstairs Primary): King bed, ensuite bath, direct access to hot tub deck

• Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): King bed

• Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Queen-over-Queen bunk beds (sleeps 4 comfortably)



Each bedroom includes a Smart TV with Roku Guest Mode.

The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances, coffee grinder, crock pot, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. The dining table seats 8 and is perfect for shared meals, games, and planning the next day’s adventures.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. With nearby trails, river access, and open space, 7 Rogue is a great fit for guests traveling with dogs. Please note, the property is not fenced.



📍 Location

Located on a quiet loop off East Cascade Road, the home is steps from the Deschutes River area and Sunriver’s extensive paved trail system. Peaceful and private, yet close to SHARC, Sunriver Village, and year-round recreation. Look for the big "7" on the house — Sunriver addresses can be confusing, so we simply call it 7 Rogue.



🔐 Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire home, garage game room, private hot tub, decks, and driveway. The front door and garage feature keyless entry. Your personalized door code arrives by email/text about 24 hours before check-in, along with Wi-Fi details and a welcome guide.



📷 Security

One exterior security camera is mounted at the driveway, facing the street. There are no cameras inside the home.
