'Het hotel ligt in het zuiden van Virginia, dus de gesproken taal bij de receptie is ook met zuidelijk accent. Internet vrij toegankelijk (1 uur max. per keer). De keycards voor de kamer moesten elke dag opnieuw ingesteld worden (technische fout?). Ontbijt mogelijkheid ruim aanwezig (niet inbegrepen).geen douche bij zwembadje en ik vond het erg gechloord.'

'It's unacceptable that the rooms were only serviced on request without any prior notice during check-in. The lack of transparency from the hotel staff is disappointing, especially when it comes to basic amenities like room service.
