So nice to have home amenities like laundry, full kitchen, and the updated heating & A/C unit felt like a plus. The view was breathtaking, having the deck, grill, and firepit to fully enjoy it was perfect. The neighborhood felt safe & welcoming, we walked to Sandy Point with ease. 'Our family rents a place yearly for Thanksgiving. The TreeHouse was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed - the kitchen is impressively stocked. Each room has it's own thermostat for comfort as well. Great shower pressure, too. The house is in a great area - near to many attractions. Highly recommend the TreeHouse. Praise also to Vacasa - they responded quickly to our inquiries or needs.'

'We had a good time at the property. It was lovely inside but could use some editing of the beautiful sit about. So many treasures there was no space to move about with our belongings. The kitchen was well appointed. The stairs to the upper space are problematic for us older folks. The yard could use a good clean up. Front door has a large gap at the bottom losing heat..and the scrsen door would not closs. Front porch step is uneven and a bit dangerous. Overall a lovely space . Very fantastic...

'I hosted a group of friends for a mountain biking weekend and we had an awesome time here. The house was as nice or better than the pictures showed. We had four SUVs and trucks parked in the driveway and out front without any problem. The garage was perfect to store bikes in. The living room couch was SUPER comfortable, but we brought the soft blue chairs from upstairs into the living room too so that everyone had a comfortable place to sit while we hung out. The kitchen had everything we needed...
