"Had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. The pool area was never monitored, as small kids vomited in the hot tub. As well the hot tub jets were out of service on 2 different occasions. "Absolutely beautiful establishment with great service and awesome location. My one and only complaint is that the pool, hot tub and sauna area closed at 8 o’clock. Myself and my family couldn’t enjoy those amenities in the evening when it would’ve been most convenient. Otherwise, a great place!"
