'Luxurious hotel with excellent staff'

'The hotel s nice, but the room was small with no windows, none. Was worried about safety in case of a fire. They have the best food, but I hate the extra fee on the bill even when take out. As a costumer I felt forced to leave a tip in that fee. I always leave tips. If you don't know better, you will double up on tips. The managers Ken and Joanna are the best. They were truly helpful from the beginning to the end. On a side note... They have the best cucumber juice.'

'Restaurant service was terribly slow given 2-3 tables occupied at any given time. Experienced it during breakfast ad dinner times.'

'Hotel was great, easy to get to! Staff was very helpful and its location is perfect with a nice park and food stands just across the street!'

'The reception team was great. Vashley and Imani were both helpful in giving us planning guidance about places to eat, and helped us to plan our travel. The room was nice and we stayed there on the first and last night in Belize before and after our trips to the tropical San Pedro for beach and snorkeling and the rain forest region near San Ignacio to explore Mayan ruins and caves.'
