Welcome to your home away from home when traveling to Belize City. This air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bath house has all the modern amenities a discerning traveler desires. You will enjoy preparing home-cooked meals in the large, fully-equipped kitchen. The open floor plan allows natural light to bathe the living, kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms boast comfortable beds and are also bright, airy and spacious. The main bathroom is large and modern.
We enjoy welcoming visitors to discover our beautiful country, Belize, where the most unique attractions are its melting pot of ethnic groups, cultures, music, art, language and food.

Our stay here was amazing. Perfect in every way. The villa was stunning and spotless with views of the massive jungle from every window and deck. The roof top deck was perfect for star gazing and bird watching. The pool was fantastic also. Highly recommend staying here. Our host was so helpful for tours and with any questions we had. Wonderful memories made!!

The house felt very welcoming. The couch and beds were super comfy. The option of cold or hot drinking water was great. We appreciated that there were a few restaurants and a corner store with in walking distance and we felt very safe on our walk. Carolyn was a great communicator and made sure we had what we needed.

Casa Belize was amazing! In a super convenient area, very quiet and neighbors friendly. Host was very communicative and even offered for house keeping to come in halfway through our stay. We saw the house keeper on property several days and she checked in on us as well. Amenities were everything you could ask for- aside from soap for the washer (not a big deal, we were close to the store and easily picked some up). Even extra towels for the beach, Carolyn has thought of everything. Plenty of space for 5 people to relax after a long day. We didn’t use the local phone but the offer to have one was a plus. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending to anyone coming to Belize.

I really enjoyed this place very clean Communication was great! Bed was so soft and I had everything we ended. My family and I walked to local street venders and stores and didn’t have any problems. Loved our house

Just needed to spend the night before heading to San Pedro. Loved the house. Very comfortable and we walked to dinner that night and breakfast the next morning. Carolyn even helped arrange our airport pickup. Next time we will probably stay a few more days before heading to San Pedro.

Great place!

We were very pleased with this unit. We only stayed a couple of nights on our way through Belize City. Carolyn was very responsive and checking in and out was very easy. We didn't have a car, so we ended up walking to the Best Western nearby for most meals. The home was immaculate! It worked perfectly for our family of five.

Caroline was a wonderful host. Kept in communication for any questions and make the check in/out process very simple and easy. The place itself was in great shape - very clean and having a/c units in each room made staying there very comfortable. We had a car and parking was very convenient in front of the unit. Great home right on the water (canal?)

We stayed here as a last minute change in plans because of Tropical Storm Sara, and we couldn't get out to our island. The home was ready for us, clean and in a good neighborhood. And as a bonus, we saw a small crocodile in the water behind the house. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Belize again.

Comfy and central location

This was a lovely property. The little roof top area was a nice place to relax outside. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I actually forgot toothpaste and there were travel size packets waiting for me. The location is great for exploring Belize city and it is easy to get to the water taxi downtown if you’re interested in taking a day trip to an island. Carolyn was so helpful and responsive. She made sure we were well taken care of.

Solid location for point of embarkment.

We enjoyed our time at Belama Phase 2 for it’s central location within Belize City and the country as a whole. Certainly any attraction was reachable within 2 hours by car or water taxi. North South or West. The community was one of the nicer ones we saw in the city and the locals were friendly to be sure. We felt safe. The issue for us was that we were on a tourist vacation and despite the balcony behind the unit there was no where to relax outside that made you feel like you were on holiday. Property had limited area and lots of work needs to be done on presentation of exterior. Inside there were all the amenities you could ask for including TV’s in every room. Climate control was easy and effective. Water pressure in Master Suite left something to be desired along with toilet leaking noise. Carolyn was very helpful and attentive to any request we made of her and acted quickly. She also gave us good connections for Tours etc through Randy.
