'Couple of things broken in my room. Safe could not open 2 times, door to the jacuzzi was broken, jacuzzi was not clean when arrived so i did not trust the water and did not use it. Only the last 2 days it was cleaned. Overall the hotel is ok. Just book yourself a standard room. It's not worth the money to spend more on other rooms. The hotel staff is great. Friendly, helpfull and will make you feel welcome.'

'Room is very small and very tight. Practically no space to move around. Bed sheet was dirty. I had to request room change. Bathroom was decent but again very tight. Breakfast was decent. 'I have to give them 5* just for the location and the great staff. From reception to housekeeping and security, everybody is very friendly and trying their best. The property itself is tired. No lobby or lounge as such, no elevator. I saw some elderly people struggle on the stairs. Their traditional suites are larger rooms with a small couch. The heritage is there but I would rate the property an average 2* and it is overpriced.'
