We liked the location of this hotel. A lot of sightseeing are walking distance and there is a subway station near the hotel which is really nice. There are also shopping malls near the hotel.
The room looking decent. However the closet is very old and the smell of mold was present so we did not dear to hang our clothes in there.
The room had carpet which is nice as long as it's cleaned properly. You could see a lot of dust on the carpet. So the cleaning could have been better.
The meager disappointment was the check-in. We arrived in Beijing very early in the morning. For that reason we have booked an extra night so that we could check-in directly and did not need to wait until the official check-in time.
At the arrival the receptions ( I think his name was Jack Jin) told us that we can check-in, but at 2PM we need to check-out again to change the rooms , which was unacceptable because before arrival I have contacted the hotel and was told that we do not need to change the room and we could stay in the same room for the whole stay..
After like 5 min of argument he finally gave us the room without any explanation. This was not a good start of our stay at the hotel.
