« First of all the lack of communication was a major issue I direct messaged through the app about a possibility of an early check in on Monday keep in mind the trip was in 6 days I never got a response . The day before we had not received our check in instructions or the door code I had to call Vrbo and chase down some one to get that info . « Overall, good stay. First time to Harbor Island. Apartment was in good location, to pool, and cat walk to beach. Turtles laying eggs at night was cool. Felt safe on island. Apartment could stay cool on a mid 90s day. Kitchen was well stocked. Ate out only 2 times, there is a super walmart about 15 min away in beaufort »

When we arrived, the unit was clearly not properly cleaned, there were rodent droppings in the pullout couch, crumbs and debris throughout, and a general layer of dust and dirt that made it feel very unkempt. « As advertised. Very clean, great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Part of a gated community but was easy to get in and out of. The community is very beautiful. Advertised as pet friendly and it was - the owners even had dog bowls and a blanket to put on the couch for the dog. Would stay here again in a heart beat! »
