« The cabin I booked had bunk beds but the one we got did not, they brought a mattress and my 22 year old son had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. They did not even offer me a discount. Very disappointed as this was a return visit and I have recommended it to so many friends and family. »

"Grande déception par rapport aux photos, le logement (cabane) est davantage fatigué que rustique. Service minimum : pas le traditionnel café à volonté (cafetière mais café non fourni..), éclairage variable selon l'utilisation ou non du grille pain, de la cafetière, .... Literie raisonnable mais petites dimensions. Salle de bain petite mais douche correcte. Comparaison faite sur place avec des hôtels voisins (Cook City), le prix est exagéré et non justifié."
