Park your car and walk or bike to everything Beach Haven has to offer - made while you watch morning donuts, Pearl Street Market, Buckalews, Woo-Hoo ice cream, liquor store, Murphy’s market, drug store, mini golf and MANY other restaurant options. Fantasy Island and Thundering Surf Water Park are a 12 minute walk or a few minutes away on a bike. You’re already Oceanside so the beach is there to be enjoyed - go find some sand dollars! 6 beach chairs, 6 beach badges, central A/C and of course an outside shower.

We are 9 houses from the beach - no major streets to cross and this is a skinny part of the island so we are close to the ocean but also a 5 minute walk to the bay for those sunsets (enjoy with your glass of wine!). The LEHYC neighborhood is quiet with less tourist traffic. We are just south of town so all of the traffic coming to Fantasy Island (amusement park) stops a few blocks north of us. That makes our neighborhood quieter and most of the homes are owner occupied so there is accountability and a great family feel.
