« This place was perfect for a family of 4! We fell in love with Hayden Lake staying here. It had everything you could need in the kitchen, board games and ping pong for the kids. Plus the dock area had all the beach toys and was great for our boat. The owners were also so nice. We will be going back! »

« Great location right on the lake with a lovely beach. Shallow enough for the little ones to wade in the water and feel safe. There are stairs for up and down to the beach but they have gates to close little one in on the decks. 3 different seating areas on the decks that made it nice for a little quite time. « Stayed with 4 families (8 adults and 8 kids ranging between 10-15) who are all friends from college who have since scattered. House worked very well for our group. We had a ton of fun swimming in the lake along with paddleboarding and kayaking. We rented a boat from Sandpoint and went skiing and tubing one day as well. « The house is amazing! Great view with quiet neighbors and close to everything you would need. The check in was easy and flawless, all the instructions are easy to understand and make sense./We used the master with two little kids, spare beds are a huge win for us, we brought our own pack and play but they had one of those as well. « Details: Our trip was 4 adults and one dog. What we liked: Other than sleeping we spent all our time outside and loved that there were multiple outdoor spaces to choose from as the sun changed. The view of the lake was why we picked this place and it was worth every penny; it was hard to leave. The dog: We always appreciate a dog-friendly place, and each deck space had its own gate to keep the dog in. They weren't escape-proof, but enough to discourage wandering. He had a great time....

« Our family group was 5 adults and 5 children. We had plenty of room to spread out. The bed/bedroom arrangement accommodated our needs. The blackout shades were nice to have. The house was very clean!The location allows easy access to neighborhood parks, groceries, Costco and downtown. »

« This place is a wonderful home for families. The young people had so much fun with the game room, and adults joined as well. The beds are comfortable and so is all the seating. And there is plenty of seating, also. The dock down at the slew that leads to the lake is quiet and pretty. We enjoyed kayaking around in that area. It also has a large fenced yard and plenty of bikes. We really enjoyed the house and hope to return for a longer stay. »

« The house was beautiful and remote. We loved the screened in porch too. There is a swampy pond on the other side of the firepit which can cause it to be buggy outside. Also, there is a tad bit of road noise. The road is on the other side of the large field. Overall, we loved the privacy and the stay. »
