'The water pressure was horrible. The beds were ok the thermostat was governed to a low of 67 the new was nice of a pond with ducks. The breakfast was not good as the food was cold and ate once for the week stay there. Room service cleaned every other day and forgot one day. The hotel remained packed with guests. Would not stay here in the future I would pay for nicer accommodations elsewhere. '

'Staff was rude. They never came and cleaned the room. No fresh towels. Shower was broken. Ice machines were broke and looked like they had been for months. It was OK but not welcoming or helpful to say the least. '
