'Very cozy and comfortable cabin. We had a fun time staying at this property. Hot tub was not working the days we were there so that was a little sad.'

'Cabin was great! Beautiful view of the mountains off of the deck. Wildlife every morning and evening. Cabin was clean and well stocked with supplies and accessories. Dean was an amazing host, he was in constant communication with us, before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend this relaxing getaway. We will definitely come back and visit.'

'We loved this property and the cabin itself. The only thing was the listing showed photos of a room with 2 bunk beds but there were only 3 double beds available, so one kiddo slept on the couch. He enjoyed sleeping by the fire though,so it all worked out. '

'Very nice propery between Durango and Purgatory. Well furnished with beautiful views and nice amenities including the hot tub. Easy access to the road. There are stairs to access the home, but that was not an issue for us. Overall, very pleased with this choice. We will definitely stay again.'

'This is a beautiful peaceful retreat!! Fully stocked plenty of room. Cool quiet just far enough from the hwy to have complete silence! My hubby and I just relaxed walked through the beautiful mountains and didn't want to leave . It was the best thing in cabins that we have ever enjoyed! Thank you'

'The property is conveniently located to downtown Pagosa. Large lot with a lot of space to spread out (bring your binoculars), walk, relax outside or soak in the clean hot tub.The exterior of the house could use some spider web removal etc. and the weeds need to be trimmed back so driveway is easier to navigate. We spent most of our time outside which is why we rented the property on 3 acres. Sleeping pillows are nice and fluffy. Internet was functional (no problems) but cellular reception...

'This was everything we hoped for and more. We enjoyed truly relaxing mornings with coffee on the porch listening to the river and watching the hummingbirds and blue jays. '
