'Can’t ask for much more than a comfy porch and hot tub at the end of a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed the back yard and the kitchen - all cupboards were labeled. We were two senior couples - 70 to 80. If anyone has mobility issues they need to sleep in the main floor bedroom and use that bathroom. '9/10. Perfect vacation house. Great location. Fully stocked and even lots of supplies, food and drink leftover from other guests. Lake was super clean and great to swim in with fantastic views from the house and back yard. Only 2 improvement points and this would have been perfect: 1. Their was no firewood left! 'We had an amazing stay at this property! It's a beautiful home, with lots of space, perfect for our extended family. It's a great location, in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful nature, and only a short drive from downtown Halifax and many other top locations like Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, etc. The home was impeccably clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished. 'Sat with my morning coffee listening to so many birds, overlooking the vineyard, then with my wine as the sun went down. Beautiful peaceful property. Suite was well-equipped with great locally roasted coffee, wine in the fridge, and comfy bed. Hostess were lovely and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. '

'Lovely 3 bedrooms. Has a shared kitchen. Hosts are lovely and very accommodating to any needs. Stayed with another couple. Each room has mini split so great when weather gets warmer. Not hard to find with maps and back deck is large and accommodating. '

'We were in town for a few short days to pick up our daughter from the university about 15-20 minutes away. It gave us a quiet respite after a long drive and a chance to refuel before the drive back to Ontario. Everything you need was here, the living room was a perfect place to gather and watch a movie and the pool table and record player were appreciated by everyone. Thanks for a great stay!'

'This is a beautiful cabin right on the lake, very peaceful and relaxing! It is a good location for day trips to Lunenberg and the coast, and Kejimkujik NP. Well equipped kitchen (be sure to get groceries before arriving as limited stores nearby). Two canoes made for a fun day of paddling around the lake from island to island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!'
