'Beautiful pool and room. Very comfortable beds and our room was so nicely decorated.
There was a confusion about spa hours but spa was open every day just spa services were closed on certain days. That's a big difference. I loved the spa jacuzzi ambiance but steam room was not working :( good news sauna was working but BEAWRE sauna has a wall of tiles and the sign is not clear and I almost got a reallly bad burn!! 🔥 they should fix that. Both my husband and I had the same comment. Thankfully...

'The spa, pool, jacuzzi and gym were closed for renovation so we didnt get to use the facilities except for the courts. We still had to pay a resort fee of $150. That didn’t feel good. The rooms are not updated as so far from the lobby/restaurant, courts and coffee shop that we had to get a shuttle/golf cart every time we wanted to go somewhere on campus.'

'Check-in not well-organized, despite the 5 hours that the hotel allows itself (between check-out and check-in times). Our party arrived at 1. We were told we’d receive a call when the rooms were ready, and to go straight to the front of the line. By 4 pm no call yet, so we went and there were lots of people trying to check in and getting their card keys immediately. We went to the straight of one line and asked if the keys for our party were ready, since they were apparently freely handing out...
