« This is a very good place for two couples or families with two pre teen children. It’s in a somewhat hilly, but walkable neighborhood with locally owned restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s a two mile walk or drive to the heart of the Old Port, and the locally renowned Becky’s Diner is about a half mile away. Please note that there’s one bathroom and it’s on the second floor, which requires climbing a flight of stairs. There’s on street parking, which we were lucky to find spaces nearby. »

« The condo was clean. The entrance is on the side, which we found after trying the front door. Be aware that the floor is not even, and slopes a bit. Also there is no bathroom on the second floor where the bedrooms are located, but that was not a problem for us. »

« This place should not be rented as is. There are many liabilities that need to be addressed and it is not presented well or maintained well. Entry way door is filthy, mud room filthy, circular staircase to second floor is major liability, difficult to manage, needs non slip surfaces and should not be rented to those who are large, handicapped, with children, or who simply even have luggage. « Decent property. Some sand on floor, but this is a beach property. Kitchen sink plug missing so hard to do dishes.Several dishes in cupboard were dirty.Large burner on stove did not work.Overall a nice property. Just a few minor things. We would stay again. »

« A notre arrivée nous étions loin de nous attendre à aussi magnifique comme endroit. C’est un condo propre, luxueux, bien équipé, totalement rénové et bien décoré. La vue et l’emplacement sont exceptionnels. C’est grand et très spacieux. Le personnel et le propriétaire sont courtois et attentionnés. Le restaurant et les spectacles en bas ajoutent au charme de la place. Je recommande fortement si vous désirez des vacances de rêves a peu de frais. »

« My husband and I stayed for a week at this beautiful home with our grown son and his girlfriend. The house is immaculately clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for an easy stay. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. It was very hot and humid in Maine during our trip, but the air-conditioners worked great to keep the house cool at all times. Communication with the property agent was prompt and courteous. We had a wonderful time and would love to return in the future. »
