'The gymnasium equipment was out of order for the entire time I was there and there was one day with no TV either. Staff seemed to be doing only the bare minimum and there was no eye contact, friendly smile or greeting as I walked in and out of the hotel. Safe, clean and Functional but not much more than that'

'Fine'

'I have been going to this hotel for the past 8 years. It is sad to see that it has not been maintained at all. The carpets need upgrading, the rooms need new paint, the washrooms have rusted mirrors, and the cabinets are all chipped. This is no longer a 5-star hotel. Also, the lovely breakfast buffet now has these horrible machines that do coffee and sludge water for tea, forcing the client to get their coffee/tea but delivering badly tasting water and coffee. Why would you place two of those...

'Top hotel!'

'The rooms were perfect and comfortable, the staff are really helpful and nice they make my breakfast as take away what's really pleasure. Shuttle service are good but sometimes overfull'
