'Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. The night we couldn't sleep as the room has no windows and no soundproof. you can hear talking staff until midnight as if they were staying in your room. It was super hot upstairs becasue...

'We loved staying at Samala! The villas were spacious and well thought out. The included breakfast was very generous and tasty. The staff were helpful and there was good cleaning service. We ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed Gili Meno so much. Our only complaint is the water situation. While we were there there was no fresh water from the taps. 'We had a nice stay for 2 nights. Just know that you are right next to the mosque and there are ventilation holes in the wall, so it can get loud. 'I can fully recommend this place with their wonderful plunge pool!! We extended 2 times and almost wanted to move in. Its only a few minutes away from the beach, the staff was super nice and breakfast was good. Overal great value for money.'

'Hotel was fine given the price. Good room with airconditioner, bathroom is spacious but smells a bit funky at times (smell comes from the drain) Staff was very helpfull and so kind, they were great. Only downside (which is not to blame on the hotel) were the broadcasted prayers of the mosques of which the first one is at 5 in the morning and lasts about half an hour. Beau petit bungalow, propre et de bonne dimension. L'air conditionné a été un grand atout en mars ainsi que le filet à moustique. Un séjour impeccable à petit prix.'
