'We were so grateful to get two rooms at Aloft while in town for the Ironman event. Our original reservations made through the event organizer were changed at the last minute to a hotel that was 30 minutes away and not pet-friendly. Aloft was available, and the staff was very welcoming. Being at the center of the activity made our stay much more meaningful. What a wonderful community!'

'We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. Overall, not big issues. It was kind of dark coming back to our condo at night at the end of the hall because several...

'The stairwells stank and have obvious dirt in the carpet. The entire facility had a strong odor of deodorizer evidently due to lack of deep cleaning and regular maintenance. The pool was closed and yet still advertised as an amenity when I booked the room. When I responded to the email about the closure I received no reply. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was fresh, even though obviously made from the cheapest ingredients...

'People that actually care about people is hard to find!!! , and EVERYONE here genuinely cared for us. Havent felt this much hospitality in ages. Gave us all toothbrushes because we forgot ours. Helped us get into our car when we lost the keys , let us enjoy the pool after check-out while we still didn't have our keys. Answered front desk phone promptly and kindly every time day and night. Just so nice and helpful....What an incredible group of people! Thank you guys again! '
