'We are a family with 3 teens/adult children so enjoyed them having a room each to relax and have space. The single bathroom was a little tricky to manage and for access so not so suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The garden was lovely and the cottage well equipped for our Easter short break. We had a lovely walk in the countryside which was easy to navigate from the cottage. Thank you for the flowers in the cottage and all your thoughtful touches. Would definitely recommend'

'Terrific. Loved it. Location couldn’t be better Bed was good. Back garden needed a cleanup to use. But we would stay there again and recommend it +++ Of the 6 VRBO we used, it was a favorite. Kitchen Well stocked. Host was tremendously responsive with a key issue.'

'Lovely large house that accommodated 10 of us easily. Great large entertaining space with ample room for everyone to sit comfortably and great dining table that seats 10. Kitchen very well equipped with 2 ovens making it so easy to cater for a large group. All bedrooms lovely with great matresses for a good nights sleep. Lovely outside space as well and ample off road parking.'

'It was a beautiful cottage, Leigh and Matthew as hosts were very gentle and we could use the tenniscourt every day. Whenever we will visit Bath again we will look for this cottage!'

'We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage that has all the needed essentials except a microwave oven. Great to have the Coop store across the street, and although walkable restaurant options are limited, we enjoyed the Chinese takeout just a couple minutes away.'

'The leather sofa is very comfy and high quality, with a sizable TV and spacious sitting room, it was a relaxing night to have a drink and enjoy the TV. The pictures are accurate to show the condition of the property. It was a comfortable 50 mins walk to city center.'

'The communication was a bit wonky. Didn't get the check-in instructions email. If it was sent outside of hotels.com it may have ended up in junk or spam since the email. We never did track down the email, but were able to reach our host via phone who then texted us instructions. Thus, after a bit of confusion, however, we were put in the right place with the helpful assistance of the cleaning person. The rooms were bright and cheery and rather larger than expected. 'Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient, a short walk from the centre and everything you need. It was a bit hot in the room, but a fan was provided. I would highly recommend and stay again '
