As we arrived at night and were tired after a long flight, we didn't notice til it was too late. 'Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was over het algemeen erg prettig. De kamers waren prima schoon en boden alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. Een klein minpuntje was de valet parking, die met $55 aan de prijzige kant was. In de omgeving van het hotel waren de parkeerkosten echter niet veel goedkoper, dus het was een begrijpelijke keuze. Het personeel was over het algemeen zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De barman had een levendige persoonlijkheid en bracht zeker sfeer...

'Het hotel is gesitueerd op een Universiteit terrein en ligt iets uit de binnenstad. De kamer was Old School American style (ouderwets) en is toe aan een opknapbeurt. De kamer was wel schoon en het bed was groot en lag heerlijk!!!'

'Hotel ligt bij een drukke kruising en is wat moeilijk te bereiken. Maar als dit bekend is geen probleem. Goede ontvangst, gezellige dame. Kamer is super, groot, fijn bed, pantry erbij, kortom top. Ontbijt was goed hoewel eentonig. Er staat altijd koffie en thee klaar. Mogelijkheid even in lounge te zitten om bij te komen. Bij ons was het erg warm en de airco die werkte goed. Als we nogmaals in DC komen, verblijven we hier zeker weer.'

'This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had. The place was filthy, bathroom was covered with pubic hair, dried blood spots on the bed coverings, smelled of mildew, not even an alarm clock, no toiletries, and the room had only open power outlet. Seriously you should be ashamed of having this hotel on your website.'

'The hotel itself was clean and nice, so no issues with the room. The problem was the front desk experience. We had a night out in DC and chose not to drink and drive, so we booked and paid for a room ahead of time. When I (female) went to check in, I was told I couldn’t because of the time—even though the room was already paid for. Then my boyfriend went in right after me and had no issue getting the keys. The front desk worker, who appeared to be a gay male, was noticeably rude and dismissive...
