'The hotel looks great and cozy, with comfortable “living room” settings in lobby and each floor’s elevator lobby. The rooms are okay, but nothing more than that. Beds are not too comfortable for heavier persons (90kg plus) as they are too soft. The 5th floor hallway smells strange, like mould, and room 517 smelled the same. After sleeping one night there, we couldnt stand the smell any longer and asked for another room, which was provided promptly. The next room 525 also had a peculiar smell but...

'I actually rented the room for my son, who left two days early because of a bad odor that he attributed to the black mold he discovered in the room. He intends to send me pictures, but I have not received them.'

'The breakfast was great. Plenty of everything and a delicious variety. Fresh, sweet and/or savory…it’s all there.'

'So I’ll start with the good. Staff was absolutely wonderful! Food was delicious and convenient. Parking was easy and pretty secure. However, the plumbing in my room was my only complaint. The sink did not drain, and when I got there my toilet did not flush- but they came in a timely manner and corrected that issue.'
