Welcome to the perfect White Mountains getaway at Linderhof Golf Resort! This second-floor, 4-bedroom loft condo is across from Story Land, minutes from 5 ski mountains, and just 3 miles to downtown North Conway. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, cable, WiFi, clean linens, AC units, and fans throughout. Guests may also access the community golf, tennis, and pool amenities for a daily fee paid separately through the clubhouse website. Perfect for families and groups!

This second-floor, two-level condo unit features 4 bedrooms spread across two levels, with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the top floor. Sleeping arrangements include 3 Queen beds, 1 Double bed, and 1 room with a Twin trundle bed setup, making it a great option for families and groups.

For added comfort during the warmer months, the condo is equipped with an 18,000 BTU air conditioning unit on the main level, newly added 8,000 BTU portable AC units in each lofted bedroom, and standing fans throughout the property.

Located in the heart of the White Mountains is the Linderhof Golf Resort. Enjoy golf along the Ellis River on a par 3, nine hole executive course for only $10 a day; not just one round, but all day long! Take in the beautiful views of the white mountains from every hole!

GOLF- $10/per person per day- unlimited rounds. No reservation required for tee time. $15 for up to an 18-Hole Round; Push carts are $5 for up to an 18-hole round. Rates subject to change.

There is a swing set next to the clubhouse, a new 2026 inground swimming pool, and tennis courts. The clubhouse is opened seasonally for food and beverages. This is where you will check in if you plan to utilize these amenities.

POOL
-Open daily at 8:00 AM
-Closes 45 minutes before dusk
-The pool will remain closed when temperatures are below 65°F or when rain or lightning is expected.

Please pack your own pool towels to use, if you plan to utilize the pool!

- Pool tags are required for all members.
- Guests must be registered through the club website before using the pool.
-All posted pool rules must be followed for the safety
and enjoyment of everyone.

The pool rules are posted on the pump house, and we appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment throughout the season.

Three day use for families = $75
Seven day use for families = $135

Rate is inclusive of up to 6 renters.

Fees are paid directly by guests using the clubhouse website, which will be sent to you upon booking. Please sign in if you golf, use the pool, or tennis courts. Thank you!
