But still, it was a very short drive and allowed us to get there before the crowds got really crazy! Couldn’t figure out the path out back for our Humphreys Ledge, but the rock face in the back was pretty incredible to explore! It was incredibly close to North Conway so we could easily get to the shops...

'Property was just as pictured. Great location near the pond. Home had everything I could have needed, including a few snacks. Bit of a snafu on check-in but host communication was quick and pleasant!'

'Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. 'We had the absolute best time. We frequent this area but this home provided the most relaxing family experience we have had in a long time. Clean home, so much for kids, comfortable beds, great set up. We will be back!'
