Solo había una toalla un poco rota pero enseguida el staff se ofreció a cambiarla. Me hubiera gustado tener acceso a café y té como decía en las amenities pero el lobby quedaba en otro hotel a dos cuadras aprox y el café del restaurante habría desde las 8am. En realidad todo muy bien'

'Our room had no windows. I wouldn’t have rented it if I had known that. Also the seating area outside our room had no sound absorbency so when we were trying to sleep, people coming into the room on their way to the elevator were very loud. Staff were very nice. Atmosphere of the hotel was kind of sterile.'

My brother was coming to visit me from the other side of the island and out of courtesy I asked if he could shower in my room because it would have been ridiculous if he had to go back home to come back after for the evening, after a day at the beach. This guy was so arrogant and started giving a whole explanation of why...

'I checked in a day late due to wanting an extra day at our bnb. I attempted to call the hotel several times to inform them of this to no avail. It would just ring then hang up i did this several times from morning into the night at which time I reached out to Expedia who was able to assist me in getting ahold of them via email. Once I was able to talk to them it was great they assured they would hold my reservation. No refund was offered which I didn't expect but I thought moving my reservation...

'Nice little hotel in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Our room was large, with a sofa, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard beside the koi pond, and we appreciated that the hotel provided beach chairs and mats.'
