'We had a wonderful stay at the Frog 🐸 Town Inn. My Wife & I only stay one evening and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet nights rest in the most comfortable bed! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and will be back another time to try the dinner at the restaurant Butter. This was especially special to me to be here because my grandfather use to own this inn many years ago when I was a boy. To be inside again and walk the property, the memories just came right back. 'As usual, drink service in casino area is very poor. Three hours in afternoon and not one server available to order drinks. Been this way for years. Otherwise, hotel and staff were great.'

'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...

'What I do like: Easy check-in, stuff is friendly, the place is clean and well-maintained. What I don’t like: Very bad soundproofing in the room, loud squeaks from the room above you when a person just walks there. Pretty damn restriction my 14-year-old boy faced when he was trying to take a breakfast alone: he can’t have a breakfast without a guardian until he is 18! Seriously? He can’t do it in McDonald or anywhere else, but not here.'

'Honestly, my family and I travel VERY often. This has to be one of the WORST stays we’ve experienced. Found bed bugs, pool had some molding around the edges and by chairs, pool and gym had codes in order to get in the doors which we needed to do about 3 times in order for them to work. 'The reviews of this place are incredibly polarizing. Some people think it is the worst place they have ever seen. Others think of it as a twee little time capsule, an example of the pocono mountains in their former glory. The truth is a bit in between, though it is, in cat the worst place I have ever stayed. (And I am a sucker for cheap motels) You can see evidence of its former glory. It seems kinda clean, but it is very run down. Whoever runs this place has done a number of shoddy repairs....

'The staff was absolutely fantastic.But the cleaning of the room failed.Out of the 4 days we stayed the room was supposedly clean 2 times,and all they did was pick up the trash and change the towels and do the beds.The bed sheets were never changed.I know this because one had a stain and it was never changed.Also the whole place needs a lot of upgrades.'
