« This accommodation is fine - clean and quiet but no bells and whistles. No room cleaning during stay and I did run out do toilet paper and bought my own. Not a clear check-in process, wonderful Italy says your access codes won’t work if you don’t sign the rental agreement, but it can’t be done digitally unless your phone number is active (which is not the case for many international travellers- myself included. Ended up purchases phone minutes just to call them to ask about it). No instructions...

« ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies...

« La chambre était conforme. Par contre, surpris qu'il n'y ai personne pour remettre les clés. Tout s'est fait avec whatsapp (checking, code la porte, taxe séjour ...). Pas sure que cela puisse marcher pour tout le monde. Mauvais ponts : pas d'eau chaude et la fenêtre basculante ne pouvait pas se fermer (problème électrique surement). Bref, une nuit blanche avec le vacarme à l'extérieur. »
