The Space
The apartment is located right on the beach in the village of Montgat, and within the so-called Fishermen's Quarter (Old Town). It has spectacular and unique views of both the beach and the city of Barcelona, which is very close (20 minutes by train and 10 minutes by car). It's an apartment with plenty of natural light, which enters through the two large windows in the spacious dining room, overlooking the sea. On the top floor of the apartment, there is a spectacular 18m2 terrace from which you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, worth seeing both in summer and winter.
The beach is accessed by a staircase just outside the building, next to the church. In Montgat, there are several supermarkets, pharmacies, a tobacco shop, a bookstore, and more.
There are also areas for walking or hiking in the mountains, or walking from one town to another.
It is a very quiet area for relaxing, resting, and easily exploring the city of Barcelona. For food lovers, Montgat has three well-known and magnificent restaurants serving Mediterranean and market-fresh cuisine, which attract many people from Barcelona and the surrounding area for lunch and dinner.
The apartment is very well connected to the city of Barcelona and the coast to the north:
*The train station is a 4-minute walk away, and the center of Barcelona (Plaza Cataluña) is a 20-minute walk away.
*Highway 2 minutes away, and 10 minutes to Barcelona.
*Bus stop right in front of the building.
*Free public parking a 6-minute walk away.
The area is also ideal for visiting the coastal towns toward Girona, either by train or car.

OTHER ESSENTIAL ASPECTS
- Smoking in any apartment will incur an additional charge of one extra night.
- Take into account that arrivals between 09:30 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €50. Tickets between 12:00 a.m. and 02:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €70. In both cases it will be charged in cash upon arrival. No entries will be made after 02:00 a.m.; guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.
- Upon arrival, you must pay a tourist tax of € 1,75 per night per person, due to the rules established by the government of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
- In the moment to do the check-in, adults and children will have to identify by means of ID card, NIE, PASSPORT or FAMILY BOOK.
