The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying a meal outside with friends or relaxing on your own. The penthouse is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood in central Barcelona, just a 10-15 minute walk to all main tourist attractions and shopping centers.

You can get access to all apartment and terrace. The terrace is shared with the neighbors. The building has no lift but we could help you carry your luggage to the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor.

Pets allowed only with prior written request that meet the requested requirements that you have to pay 15€ each night of your staying

**When checking-in, we require a copy of your passport or a photo of it that can be uploaded through our website or sent via WhatsApp for police& security. Barcelona stay
Overall we had a wonderful experience staying here feeling like we were locals in Barcelona. It was close to a few train stations, La Sagrada Familia and some nice restaurants. Our host was kind enough to offer suggestions for restaurants and things to do while here. Important to note, you will have to ascend 95 (yes 95) stairs from street level to the apartment, so if you must be in good shape to stay here and haul up your own luggage. The balcony is technically open to all residents but we never saw anyone up there, it was a nice space to be in the sun with fresh air. Overall, if you a physically capable, I would recommend this stay if you’re interested in what it would be like to stay as a local (not tourist) in Barcelona.

Good for the price but not great
A few days before we arrived I messaged the host to ask if it was possible to drop our bags off since our flight arrived early. He said yes. Upon arrival, he informed us that he had given the current guests a late checkout and said he could drop our bags in the room with the current guests, which made me very uncomfortable, so we sat in a cafe for 4+ hours with our bags waiting for check in since we had not prepared any backup bag holding and were too exhausted to figure it out. Check in as list as 2pm but the room was not ready until 3pm. Upon getting into the room, it was painfully obvious that the room needed basic wear and tear fixes that the owner had clearly tried to do on the cheap. For example, the small balcony door does not close all the way, so the “noise blocking” does not work, the shower doors apparently don’t work, so there is a very cheap “rod” that fell every time we tried to shower. There is also barely enough hot water for 1 shower. Water got cold after 10 mins so 2 people can’t shower back to back. The window shades do not fit or roll up correctly, which was so frustrating especially since the main entry door technically leads out to a public area, so we wanted to keep that shade down, but then you cannot open the door if the shade is down. We were also given 1 bath towel despite there being 2 of us. No wine either. It was mostly clean, the bed was good, and the location was nice. It was also much cheaper than other places, so you get what you pay for.

Horrible Experience
A stranger on an electric skate cart delivered the keys 2 hrs after our arrival at 930pm on the street. He did not show me inside or say anything about the apartment. Property on 5th floor but lights did not work properly so difficult and unsafe to climb floors. Wife almost fell on decent after looking at apt. The place was dirty, rotten banana on couch. Nasty Cardboard box on floor. Leftover food/condiments all over kitchen area. Couch is old and dirty. Pictures represent new refurbished apt and this place is a disgrace, dark and grungy, plastic for front door blind that opened to common roof area. Uncomfortable with person who gave key. We left and checked in at hotel. We were on the street out front until1130pm trying to call and wave taxi. Very frightening for wife, this part of town not safe that late at night. Met with owner and all he had was excuses for check in process, wanted us to wait at bar until someone?, got there with key, unacceptable!! Said the apartment was clean but workers just left from doing repairs. the next morning after meeting with owner! Very inconvenient and lots of anxiety!! The owner disrespectful and could care less how it affected us, did not cooperate in any manner. Difficult to find hotel room and rates were double what we had planned on paying. Overall very very poor. Thanks!!!

Apartment was close to stores and transportation. Fabulous apartment with roof top balcony (5th floor, no elevator). Host with good communication skills. We stayed for 3 nights, saw many attractions and did lots of eating, shopping and sight seeing. Highly recommend!

Clean, quiet and cozy. Everything we needed. Comfortable bed, my son slept on the sofa and was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for two. Compact kitchen….hey your in Barcelona who cooks. We enjoyed the location and walked everywhere.

Nice break
Was here for a long weekend with my partner. Location is great, property is nice, lovely terrace area. Owner is really nice and friendly- can’t do enough for you. Not suitable for those with less mobility as there’s a lot of stairs. Would stay here again. I would advice getting precise location before finding on gmaps as we walked 30 mins in wrong direction only to find we’d walked past it long ago. (The street numbers don’t flow)

Cute apartment with a wonderful patio for mornings and evenings. Fifth floor, difficult with large bags because there is no elevator. Good air conditioning. Close to tapas and tourist shops. Back side view of Sagrada Familia. We had a very nice stay and walked everywhere.

Conveniently located
The apartment is well located to get anywhere with the metro. There are plenty of restaurants around and a convenient market on the street. The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, so if you are not in shape, I would not recommend. It is quite a climb with luggage or after a long day of walking through the city. Arian was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location - perfect little space
We stayed in this studio/one bedroom for several days in late-July 2023. This was the perfect location for my wife and I to explore the sites and sounds of the City. We did not need to take a cab anywhere other than to Parc Guell. It is close enough to walk to Sagrada Familia, the cathedral, the Arch, Gothic Quarter, and La Rambla. It is also very close to the north bus terminal which is where many of the excursions to Montserrat depart from. For dinner and brunch, we typically just went to one of the many restaurants on the block. I would especially suggest Portoles for dinner and Brunch el Petit for brunch. Arian was very easy to communicate with. Our flights were a mess, and he was very accommodating when we arrived early. The housekeeper was still cleaning (the prior guests left a bit of a mess), and she was very helpful in storing our bags and working as fast as she could. As mentioned in other reviews, the steps are no joke. But, for the location and rooftop patio, it was worth it.
