Apartment completely renovated in Barcelona. The apartment is located on the first floor, there are stairs ramps but there is also the elevator.
For the location, the apartment is well connected: the Red Line of the Metro 'La Sagrera' is very close (where there is also the blue line). There are 6 stops to Plaza Catalunya, the city center. There are also several bus stops just below the farm.
All facilities and Totally renovated: parquet floor, television, air conditioning and ventilation system in all beds, microwave, kitchenware, washing machine, sheets and towels, hairdryer, soap, basic ingredients for cooking and breakfast, map from the city and the subway, wifi connection.
All this to offer you the most pleasant stay in Barcelona.

Great home base to explore Barcelona

We stayed here with our three kids for a couple of nights. It was a great home base for us to explore the city. Valentina is highly responsive and helpful. The place is close to metro stations and supermarkets, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet (compared to other parts of Barcelona).

A nice neighborhood in Barcelona

Property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Market across the street. Metro a short walk away. Property was as advertised and the owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive to all questions. Good value.

het appartement ligt in een rustige wijk, is eenvoudig, en goed bereikbaar met de metro, direct naast (zeer) goed(kop)e supermarkt. Inrichting is eenvoudig maar afdoende. Valentina is zeer behulpzaam, maar we hadden haar niet nodig! En dan is er natuurlijk Barcelona, wat een stad!

Séjour de 4 jours en Espagne

Super séjour chez Valentina ! Elle a été très très accueillante et nous a reçus malgré l'heure tardive ! L'appartement même est situé à 5m du métro et à quelques arrêts du centre ville,et Valentina possède une place de parking qu'il est possible de louer, un grand plus ! Il y a quelques petits commerce au alentour de l'appartement pour les courses si besoin, nous avons vraiement passer un super séjour la bas ! Merci pour tout ! Really great vacation day at Valentina's flat! She was really really nice and greated us even well into the night! The flat is about 5m of the subway and only a few stop off of the center of Barcelona. Valentina have a parking spot for us to rent which was a great plus. There is also some shop close to the flat if there is need for groceries shopping. We had a very nice stay at Valentina's flat and she was very nice to us. Thank you Valentina!

Beautiful apartment in quiet location

We were not able to enjoy this apartment fully as we only stayed for two nights. The apartment is very comfortable for up to 5-6 people (we were only 3). All the rooms are small to US standards, and that is what you can expect in many capitals or large cities in the world. It is located in a quiet neighborhood (that is what we wanted), with a supermarket next door. Restaurants, bakeries, and other stores walking distance. Three blocks from the subway, 15' walk to La Sagrada Familia. Valentina stayed in touch with us before our arrival and met us at the front door. She walked us to the apartment and showed how everything worked, specially the washing machine. You can hang your washed clothes outside the balcony and feel like a Spaniard! Everyone does it. If you are planning to drive to Barcelona, be aware of the high prices of parking on the street and the color codes of the parking. Valentina has a parking spot in a garage a block away for only €10 per night. Better to park your car there during your stay and take the subway everywhere. Over all our stay was very pleasant, Valentina was a sweethheart, and I would recommend her apartment for the price/value. Will certainly rent it again if we go back to Barcelona.

Une expérience vin peu courte

Nous venions pour courir le marathon de Barcelone + 3 jours de vacances, nous sommes restées a peine 24h puis départ en catastrophe (état d'urgence Coronavirus). Mais cela n'est pas la faute du logement. L'appartement est néanmoins propre, l'hôte nous a accueilli tard le soir (minuit passé) avec le sourire. Nous étions 2 , il y a 3 chambres, mais j'imagine mal 7 personnes dedans (pièce commune assez petite). Le principal défaut est l'insonorisation, vous vivez un peu avec les voisins...

Pour visiter Barcelone, cet appart est parfaitement situé avec bus, métro à proximité. A l'écart de la foule du tourisme ... Valentina propriétaire est très gentille et serviable. En son absence, c'est Edwin qui nous gentillement accueillis. L'appart est bien équipé.

Séjours à Barcelone en famille

Très bien!!

Conforme aux photos, propre. Tout à proximité, commerces , transport en commun.. Possibilité d'une place de parking sécurisé ce qui est très rassurant. Valentina n'était pas disponible pour nous accueillir , nous avons été prévenu et c'est Edwin qui s'est très bien occupé de nous!! Nous conseillons ce logement et souhaitons revenir.

Buen lugar, buena ubicación

El piso de Valentina cuenta con todo lo imprescindible cuando se trata de un city break. Ubicado cerca del metro, quizás un poco lejos del centro pero eso ya depende de cada uno, y tampoco nada que cuatro o cinco paradas de metro no solucionen. La anfitriona ya se encontraba en el lugar para recibirnos y nos ayudó en todo lo necesario. Muy conveniente que además cuente con plaza de parking

Un séjour parfait

Valentina est adorable. Elle a plein de petites attentions pour que les visiteurs se sentent comme chez eux. (un torchon dans la cuisine, du produit vaisselle, de quoi faire une vinaigrette, et même du papier cuisson !). L'appartement est adorable, très propre, très bien situé avec des commerces juste à côté (deux petits supermarchés). Nous avons pu faire nos courses très facilement ! Le métro est à cinq minutes à pied et le quartier, résidentiel, est très calme (très appréciable la nuit !). Valentina peut même vous proposer un parking à cinq minutes de l'appartement. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. Merci Valentina!!

Appartement excentré... Importance de prendre métro ou autre (accès facile) Ou la marche si cela vous tente.. Bonne explication de Valentina pour parvenir de l aéroport à l appartement. Valentina est accueillante et dynamique... Il y a surtout une chose qui a été dérangeante : c'est le bruit qu ont fait les voisins le soir (paroles fortes et bruit Télévision) sinon le petit chauffage d appoint a été utile le matin et soir Bon séjour... Nous avons pu profiter de Barcelone en ce beau soleil

Residential neighborhood nearby metro

The apartment was very comfortable and large. Master bedroom is comfy and it was great to have a tiny balcony for fresh air. The other two rooms are smaller but they are comfortable. Ideal for a family. Location is about 20 minutes in metro from main attractions, but there are two metro stops nearby. We were glad to be away from noisy downtown area. There is a supermarket next door, the kitchen has all you need. There is laundry machine in kitchen, no dryer. We loved our stay and Valentina was very helpful and responds almost immediately to your texts messages which is fabulous. We recommend this property!
