The space

This apartment in Barcelona is 50 m², it has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2
single) and has capacity for 4 people. The accommodation is equipped
with the following items: lift, iron, shared internet in the building
(Wi-Fi), desk area, hair dryer, balcony, heating and air conditioning,
1 Tv.

In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing
machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Apartment
recommended for families, no groups of young people.

The property is located 60 m away from the bus stop, 180 m from Poble
Sec (l3) metro station, 600 m from Arena's Mall supermarket, 2 km from
Sants Estacio train station, 4 km from Playa de la Barceloneta, 14 km
from Aeropuerto el Prat airport.

Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will
take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional
noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will
remain available at all times.

At the moment the building next door is undertaking some works so
during the day you may heard some noise

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included

- Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day
and night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is
prohibited smoking in the apartment or on the balcony.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Guests have access to all the apartment.

Just a few minutes' walk away you'll find the Teatre Victòria, Teatre
Condal and the famous Sala Apolo, making the area the ‘Broadway of
Barcelona’.

Tapas and gastronomy

Near the flat is Carrer de Blai, a street full of tapas and pinchos
bars that is perfect for discovering the local cuisine.

Montjuïc and green areas

A few steps away you can enjoy Montjuïc, an area full of gardens,
museums and viewpoints. You can also visit the Font Màgica, very
popular for its night-time light and water show.

Excellent connections

The area has metro and bus services and quick access to tourist
attractions such as Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the
historic centre.

This accommodation is ideal for families, small groups, students or

Other things to note

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
