Appartement Sagrada Familia 2 Chambres Lumineux et Classique

Ce confortable appartement de 60 m2 est situé au deuxième étage d'un immeuble élégant dans le quartier traditionnel de l'Eixample à Barcelone. La belle façade du bâtiment est cataloguée par la mairie de Barcelone.

Le bâtiment dispose d'un grand ascenseur (accessible également par des escaliers).

L'appartement admet une occupation maximale de 6 personnes. La pièce principale a un lit double et des armoires encastrées. La deuxième chambre a un lit superposé. De plus, il y a un canapé-lit double dans le salon. Toutes les chambres sont décorées avec goût et comprennent des draps, couettes, couvertures et oreillers. Chaise et lit bébé sont disponibles sur demande sans frais supplémentaires.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les éléments nécessaires pour un séjour confortable: réfrigérateur, bouilloire, cafetière, grille-pain, four, micro-ondes, lave-linge, fer et planche à repasser.

La salle de bains complète comprend un sèche-cheveux, un bidet et des serviettes.

Le salon a deux grandes fenêtres qui offrent une grande luminosité et donnent accès au balcon.

Appartement très confortable du quartier de la Sagrada

Un appartement conforme aux attentes, très propre et soigné avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour à trois ou quatre. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et sympas. Le quartier est très agréable (juste à côté, l'hôpital de Sant Pau dont la visite vaut la peine). En revanche, on est un peu excentré : descendre à pied à la Sagrada familia -à cinq minutes seulement- pour prendre un métro afin d'atteindre le centre ville. De bonnes adresses dans le coin pour manger (très bon petit restau à côté de l'appartement) et un autre excellent sur le boulevard. Bref, un très bon séjour dans une sublime ville!

Prima appartement op goede locatie

Prima appartement met een gezellige woonkamer, mooie badkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken en slaapkamer met een goed bed. Er is ook een slaapkamer met een stapelbed, maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Er is veel kastruimte. Het appartement ligt aan de achterzijde van het gebouw en heeft een klein balkon. Het ligt in een gezellige wijk met veel restaurants, op loopafstand van de Sagrada Familia en vlakbij een metrostation. Onder het appartement zijn verschillende winkels waaronder een kleine supermarkt. Op 2 minuten lopen ligt een grote supermarkt. Wij hebben hier een prima verblijf gehad en kunnen het appartement van harte aanbevelen.

This was our first time in Barcelona and this location was great! It is close to metro, market, and restaurants. It was clean, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, and our host Jorge gave us great recommendations as well. We were a family of five which included grandparents and a toddler and we had a a great time. Highly recommended!

Great options for morning breakfast and tapas. Close to subway station. Had coffee and filters provided, as well as an Orange Juice. Had Netflix and other streaming options. Very pleasant check in experience they were waiting at the door. 2 mile walk gets you most places. Lots of local English speaking. Thanks guys well done.

Great location

The flat was as described. The kitchen had necessary utensils, we bought coffee and filters for small coffee maker. The washing machine came in handy and there are clothes lines on the patio to dry your clothing. The hot water in the shower comes and goes meaning it changes to cold then hot without warning . the apartment is very close to Metro Station bus stations, and lots of great restaurants. Our host gave us a list of excellent restaurants choices. Nice place!!!

A great location close to Sagrada Familia and the Public Transit

This apartment is in a great location with a lot of character and all the amenities you could need. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the washing machine worked wonderfully. We had some struggles getting ahold of the host(s) once we landed in Barcelona (and followed the instructions provided), but we were able to check in with only minor delay. The apartment was clean and functional with good AC. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as advertised, very well located, clean and had all the expected amenities. Check in was easy and the Metro is one block away. Great cafe, bars and restaurants on all corners. Terrific hosts and location

This place worked great for our family of five. The location was fantastic -- Metro stop across the street, 11 minute walk to Familia Sagrada and we walked to Park Guell too. Great food within steps--croissants (authentic, made by a French family, literally neat door), tapas, ermpanadas, sushi, fruit, and more. Hosts were also excellent -- great communication, flexible-- let us do early check in-- and left some nice welcoming touches in the apartment. Love's our stay there and would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Jorge and Daniel!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property tremendously. It was perfect for our family of five (3 children between the ages of 6-10 years old). The beds and sleeper sofa were all very comfortable. We had enough storage to put away all of our things for the week that we were there. The bathroom and kitchen were standard for a European city apartment, maybe even on the larger side. The shower was great with hot water and good pressure! Being able to do laundry and line dry it was a huge help for our trip. The AC units were sufficient to keep the apartment cool during the heat wave we had while we were there. We did not use the TV so I can't speak to that but the wifi worked great. The apartment building was generally very quiet. There is an elevator to the apartment which is helpful, but you can also take the stairs. The location was fantastic. Though it is not in the center of town, it is close to the Sagrada Familia and right on a main walking boulevard with shops and restaurants. There are multiple metro stops very close by (as close as the same block) that take you all over the city in 20 minutes or less. It was everything we were looking for and we were very happy with our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Great host, a bit noisy neighborhood, but wonderful location

The host met us at the building. I believe it was Daniel. Very polite, very nice. He sent us numerous recommendations. The location is 10 minutes away from Sagrada Familia. The apartment is clean, furniture is a bit different from listing. The windows are facing inner yard. Spanish people dine late, so we could hear locals till 1 am. Shower water was always slightly cold. Nevertheless the apartment was cozy and warm. It had all the necessary small things to make the stay comfortable. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.

Great for family stay in Barcelona

Convenient to a metro stop (1 block away) for all city exploring and within easy walking distance to Sagrada Familia. Apartment was clean and well appointed though our couch and table in living area were not as nice as shown in pictures. AC and laundry worked very well. Elevator and stairs access to unit was nice. Communication with Jorge and Daniel was easy and check in was simple with meeting at the front door and being escorted up to the apartment and being shown around.

Superb, convenient and comfortable stay!!

We traveled for the first time -as a family of 4- to Barcelona. Found the description of this condo on Vrbo to be accurate or to even exceed our expectations. Location of building is excellent, safe and convenient for a family, in the Eixample neighborhood. Only a 5-minute walk to La Sagrada Familia, 1 min away from the metro or a 15min bike ride to El Born or Gothic areas or to the beach! Also many great options for dining nearby either around the corner or down a 2-minute walk to a strip of restaurants with outside seating. A small convenience store is at the bottom of building to buy water, fruits, snacks, laundry detergent etc…there is an elevator to take you to the 5th floor where the flat is located. The inside of the apartment is spotless!! The owners have thought of almost everything to make our stay as a family convenient and comfortable. The apartment is very bright with a balcony and designed as a hallway with 3 rooms to your left: main bedroom with a Full/Queen size bed, bathroom and kitchen as you walk from the entrance door. The other smaller bedroom is located to the right of the living room and had bunk beds, perfect for our 12 and 14-year old boys. Small table outside the kitchen by the living room, comfortable sofas, TV, Netflix, internet. There are 2 AC units for hot days, one in the larger bedroom and the second just outside of the smaller bedroom within the living area. A clean bathroom/shower and a well-equipped kitchen with plates, cups, glasses (including wine glasses), wine opener, dish washing liquid, tea, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge/freezer and washing machine (which we used for 3 loads for our teens!). We line-dried all clothes on the balcony outside and on a rack provided in the kitchen that we placed on the balcony. The sunny hot weather and drying lines made it easier for us given that most Europeans do not use drying machines. All clothes were dry overnight. Communication with the owners was fast and easy. We used WhatsApp to inform them of our arrival at the airport and to meet up at the building for checkin at 2-3pm. Also easy to ask them for recommendations for reserving taxis or going around the city. There is a bike rental place about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. We rented bikes throughout our stay and biked all of Barcelona!! To Sagrada Familia, to the Center, to Picasso museum, and to the beach! Loved it and would definitely stay there again next time we visit!! Thank you Jorge & Daniel!!

Very lively and busy area of town that keeps going late into morning hours with Manu bakeries and Tapas bars within minutes...had to taxi to most attractions closer to the coast, but all cost less than $15eu...property was just as advertised and our host Jorge and Juana were very responsive and caring. The location and status of this property are amazing. The local streets are lines with tree canopies and delicious restaurants. A few steps for the apartment is Gaudi’ Avenue, and views of La Sagrada Familia (just 3-4 blocks away). The apartment has all the conveniences one would need. The host, Jorge, was readily available and kindly courteous. I recommend staying here.
