Nice stay

The apartment worked great for our family of 4. Easy check in. Communication was good. Location is a bit further away from the main area, but it was easy to move around the city and we had no issues. Laundry facilities worked great. Thank you!

Nice property, showers/bathroom doors seem to have a lot of water spills and wood on doors is crumbling at the bottom, towel heaters didn’t work. But overall very nice apartment centrally located couple stops away from Plaça Espanya, metro only few min walk. Would stay here again

Not quite right - wouldn't stay again.

Overall, the apartment was functional for 2 adults & maybe 2 children. We were supposed to share the apartment with another couple & it would have felt very cramped for our 5 day rental. The positives & negatives: First, the BUGS! There were flies the first day & little ants in every room for our stay. A security code is needed to enter the building & apartment. These 2 codes are the same, so maybe not as secure? Kitchen was a good, lots of counter space & large fridge. The table is small but fits 4. Large balcony with 2 chairs, could really use a table! Quiet neighborhood but a train ride to old town & the main sites. Large floor to ceiling sliders to get to the balcony - good lighting throughout the apartment. Lots of electric sockets! Bedrooms were good size, 2 bedside tables in each room, & plenty of storage for clothing. The beds were extremely firm/hard. There was only one safe in one bedroom. Awkward for 2 couples. The one ensuite bath had a large enclosed shower, the other in the hall, had a very small shower that was useless as it was open to the rest of the bathroom & got the sink & toilet wet! Again, we were only one couple so we used the full size enclosed shower. The toiletries left for our use were small hotel/trial sized. Not enough to go around. There is a large clothes washer/dryer combination machine however there are NO INSTRUCTIONS! We were able to wash our clothes but couldn't figure out how to dry our clothes so we had to use the drying rack.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos. We liked the location as it is not touristy. It is near the main train station with many kinds of restaurants within walking distance. It is a bit cumbersome working with the rental agency and VRBO, but the agency was responsive to problems we had with ants and was very prompt with refunding the security deposit.

Very Nice Barcelona Apartment

Very clean apartment in a relatively quiet area but easy to access main Barcelona attractions on foot, taxi or metro. Only slight gripe, the apartment had a really good sized balcony, but with only 2 chairs and no table. The apartment is for up to 4 people and so really should have 4 chairs and some form of a table to enjoy the evenings outside. Other than that recommended and would stay again.

It was wonderful location and with Barcelona’s great transit system easy to get around while staying in a non tourist area. Only negative. Instructions for using washer/dryer not clear i( they were actually for older system, also advertised we’d have satélite to get BBC or CNBC. not accurate. We’d definitely rent again though

Wonderful modern and spacious apartment

Excellent property. So much room. So modern. It has a great balcony unfortunately due to heat we couldn’t enjoy it. Beds comfortable great kitchen. So sunny with tons of floor to ceiling windows. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great property and excellent location

Excellent appartement, everything you need is provided. Loved the little welcome amenities. Seconds away from everything you need food market, pharmacy and dining. Beds are great white linens, extremely firm; could use a little top coverlet pillow top. Definitely recommend this to traveller, absolutely enjoyed the top 5th level terrace. We spent 4 great nights ! Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Four Day's with Friends for 60th Birthday

We were 2 couples and spent 4 days in Barcelona. The apartment was perfect with 2 separate bedrooms/bathrooms to give privacy. It is a 10 minute walk from Barcelona's main train station (Barcelona-Sants with shuttle to and from Airport), the nearest Metro (Entenca) is also a 10 minute walk and 5 minute walk to nearest bus stop. We felt very safe walking in the area, there are plenty of supermarkets and café bars within 5/10 minute walk of the apartment. and I highly recommend.
