'Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. Bedrooms/Bathrooms/kitchen on the top floor, living room/TV area in the bottom floor. No air conditioning in any of the rooms, so summer will be very warm. Very attentive management. Easy check...

On the 2nd floor 1 room with a double bed and 1 single bed. And that's not at all what the layout says. In the living room there is a mattress against the wall, dirty and old, without upholstery.
