'Hotel was prima. Hoewel de inrichting wat ouderwets aandoet was alles toch vrij nieuw en schoon. Er wordt gevraagd naar milieu vriendelijkheid. In Amerika lijkt dat nergens zo te zijn. Airco’s staan vaak onnodig aan en er wordt overal weggooi materiaal voor het eten en drinken gebruikt. '

'Tub had hair in it. Floors wasn’t vacuumed in the room. Staff was nice though. '

'We hadden een kamer met kingsize bed en stapelbed geboekt. Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer met enkel een king en een slaapbank. Bij de receptie werden we verwezen naar Expedia. Ze konden niets voor ons doen. Belachelijk dit! Ik heb dit nog nergens meegemaakt.'

'Staff were friendly and helpful. On check in: staff was having issues with the computer system and we ended up in a handicapped accessible room on the ground floor. Dissatisfied with the lack of gluten free / dairy free options at breakfast.'

'Only one issue with room 1101 top floor for two days key card wouldn’t work at all maintenance did come up fast and we had many new re programmed cards made. Issues was with the door not closing and locking properly. After that issue was taken care of it was a splendid time at this resort. Great staff and great breakfast too fun times in the pool and hot tub. Short walk to beach. Highly recommended Mr Harrington '

'Room was clean. No way to toddler/kid proof the door so it just opens without a top latch. Security rushed us out the parking lot at 11:00am on the dot even as he saw us loading everything into the car. Food at the bar&grill was good but the serving sizes were NOT worth the price. My children ate adult size meals and were still hungry.. 7 fried shrimp and about 9 French fries for $18.99+ tax 😳 the staff at both the hotel and bar&grill were friendly.'

'This place good, second shift staff has excellent customer service , first shift - not so much. breakfast was good but super busy! Hard to pick from when there’s so many ppl.. we did pay extra for parking. We also got the wristbands to pool-hop from 3 other next door resorts- kids loved it! The rooms were huge but the bathroom was so small!! Hard to share with 3 other ppl . '

'I was very impressed with this Hotel. All areas of the Hotel smelled great. No humid moldy old dirty sock smells here! Very clean lobby, breakfast area, rooms, and bathrooms. Polite staff and wonderful breakfast! Hotel right in the middle of everything… shopping & restaurants. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future which speaks volumes if you “know me”. '
