'I have spend two night at this hotel. Service was good, friendly personnel. The hotel is quite old and can use some renovation. Beds are OK but the bathroom is old. Heating system makes a lot of noise and you can't turn it off. Fitness center has old equipment and it was damaged. The steakhouse is great and cozy. Good food for a good price. Breakfast is also great. Overall a good stay, probably one of the better hotels close to DSM airport. Very close to the interstate!'

'While there are some updates around the property, some of the carpet looks worn down. Also the breakfast was okay but I have stayed in nicer hotels in bigger cities for the same amount per night.'

'Grandkids loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi (also there's a sauna), and game room. I appreciated the 2 sinks in the room, with one being outside the bathroom. With 4 of us it was so much easier getting ready. Good breakfast, outdoor eating areas and random places to relax and socialize throughout the hotel.'

'You should put in the online description that your pool is "out of service" because thats the only reason I chose the place and was extremely pissed off when I got there to find out it wasn't available!!!!!!'

'Staff was lovely, we got the best room with the best balcony overlooking the pool area... it was the most private. Loved that! My only issue was that the coffee maker in the room did not work. I tried many times.'

'No front desk after hours, I think I woke someone up when I pressed ZERO on the house phone. The room was exactly what you might expect for $75 all in. Looked like a prison barrack. It had a small kitchen area, but two rock hard plastic chairs, a laminate floor and it smelled quite musty. It was also raining, and it sounded like raindrops were hitting an internal vent or something. Happy to sleep and get out of there.'

'This was one of the best accommodations on our long week traveling. Very large, rooms, our pets were welcome , the staff was very grit and the breakfast was delicious, a good spread of healthy choices. Highly recommend this hotel.'

'First thing I noticed when I got to my room was someone put a shower cap over the smoke detector. This was obviously done so someone could smoke in the room. There was a ceramic tile on the bathroom floor that was broken and would pop out when stepped on. It was sharp and could easily cut someone’s foot. The TV didn’t work so we had to call for a maintenance guy to try and fix it. He got it working but periodically the tv would disconnect from the cable and turn off. The maintenance man was...
