The connected living room invites you to unwind with comfortable leather seating that surrounds a beautiful stone fireplace and TV. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening or gathering with friends and family, this space offers the perfect setting.

The primary suite is a tranquil retreat with a king-sized bed, a mounted TV, and a luxurious en suite bathroom featuring a custom tile shower and a granite vanity. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom, just down the hall has a twin and a full bed, ideal for families or groups. A shared bathroom with a shower and tub combo is conveniently located between the second and third bedrooms.

Additional Notes:
- This home is pet friendly and allows one dog weighing 50 Lbs. or less with a pet rent of $25 per night. Larger dogs may be approved upon request. Pets other than dogs are not allowed.
- 1-2 vehicles can comfortably park Infront of the home. A second parking area is marked on the side of the home and can accommodate an additional 2 vehicles.
- Sugar's Sunset Vista is plowed in winter but due to the elevation, 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. We are happy to help you find the home with the access you are most comfortable with, any time of year!
- All linens and towels are provided at the home.
- The owners use a camera on the front porch and one on the back deck to ensure the home remains safe. No cameras face the inside rooms of the home.
