First, no one ever told us the road was out. We had to sit for awhile and try and figure out what we needed to do and where to go.Thanks to the postman, he told us an alternate route to get to the house. We ask for an earlier check in and they would not give it to us. However, when we arrived, the snow had not been walked thru at all. Looks to us no one had been there so we wonder why we could not go in a few hours earlier. Towels in the master bath were folded but wet. Uck! Place was decorated well. However, it needed dusting really bad. The top of our master bed was really dirty. The pillows were worn out and needs to be replaced for sure. We needed a few more pillows and did not see any. We enjoyed the views and the fireplace. The living room area was nice.
