'Located in heart of Hot Springs National Park across from Bathhouse Row. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent views of Hot Springs from our room. Breakfast was very good. Outside bar on roof was a little warm for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good. Several good restaruants within walking distance.'

'Our room was keep very clean and nice the whole time. Our maid on the 14th floor was so sweet and so meticulous about her job. We stay here 4 times a year and I will ask for her floor the next time! All of the staff are informational and willing to help anytime day or night!'

'Our stay here was nice. The staff sent us a gate code and a code for our room through email. They have done a nice job of remodeling the place. It is still an old property, but worked for our family. Everything was clean and staff provided us with extra wash cloths and towels. It is close to the casino and quick drive to Bath House Row. We would not walk it though, since the area we would walk through did not seem safe to walk through late at night coming back. It has fridge with bigger...

'Maid service unlocked our door to come in when we were sleeping. It was NOT check out day. I had to sit up and tell the lady that we were in the room. Dirty diapers and trash at pool. Same trash throughout our 3 days there. Staff not knowledgeable. Pillows are flat. Mold on trim beside tub. Faucet broken but still functional. Could see daylight with door closed due to an apparent break in at our room. Smells moldy/musty/old. Definitely needs major upgrades. Floors not bad but need refilled in...

'Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kaner was in goede staat. Alleen op de badkamer lag nog wat vuilnis van het vorige verblijf en er lagen meerdere haren. Voor de rest zeer netjes!'

'The location is easy to get in and out off with everything Hot Springs has to offer in a drivable distance. The hot tub was a fantastic addition to the room and made it feel more luxurious. Only complaint was the mattress but have purchased a memory foam topper to travel with (not the first hotel we've needed it). Will definitely be staying here for many more weekend getaways!'
