'This cottage is a real gem of a find. We had a lovely relaxing week in November in this impeccably renovated and decorated 200 year old cottage which has original features blended with all the modern comforts you could need including underfloor heating and a cosy stove for evenings around the fire. The cottage itself is set in the rolling County Down hills with glimpses of the Mourne Mountains in the distance on winding walks around the quiet roads. 'The cottage was delightful! It isn’t a shared space, so the whole place was ours - so nice! I highly recommend this quaint town. It has cute shops and wonderful pubs in easy walking distance. The host was super helpful with anything we needed and the cottage is spotless. The parking was tight, but there are lots nearby if you aren’t comfortable with the curb parking.For future travelers from the arid American West, Europeans don’t use a top sheet and regulate their inner temperatures different...
