'I checked in last night, March 21st 2026 and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. The hostel itself has potential, and I honestly would have given it 5 stars based on the facilities and location alone. However, my stay was overshadowed by one staff member who was extremely rude and unwelcoming. From the moment I arrived, their attitude was cold, uninterested, and honestly quite off-putting. '4th floor - no lift - horrible if you have multiple health issues as I do, definitely would not have booked if I'd known in advance I was going to be on the 4th floor. Extremely noisy road all through the night, I didn't sleep at all both nights. The bed was comfortable (but that doesn't matter if the noise keeps you awake!). Doesn't feel like a hostel. I think people were living there. I didn't find the staff (1 person at reception I dealt with) friendly at all, didn't give any information...

'Room was very clean, even had a fridge with free water in it. The whole place was also very clean too. All the staff were great and friendly. I got the breakfast everyday, it was huge and delicious. Surprisingly quiet, despite the fact it is near big roads. Not a social place, but more serene. I would definitely stay there again!'
